Carnivore Diet Breakthroughs: Real stories from real people beating carb addiction and weight loss stalls

One of the most exciting things about hosting Zoom calls for the carnivore community is hearing firsthand from people who are experiencing real, life-changing carnivore diet breakthroughs. As a carnivore coach, I love asking, “Who has some good news to share?” and digging into how they achieved such positive results. It’s incredible what we can learn from each other’s journeys!

In our recent session, participants shared some amazing stories of triumph. We heard from individuals who have finally freed themselves from the grip of carb addiction—a monumental achievement that many of us know is not easy! They also shared how they broke through long-standing weight loss stalls, which can be frustrating when you’re doing all the right things but not seeing the results.

But the improvements didn’t stop at weight loss. Many in the group reported enhanced energy levels and overall well-being. By focusing on eating nutrient-dense animal products and eliminating processed foods, they’ve noticed increased mental clarity, better digestion, and more consistent energy throughout the day.

For me, there is nothing more rewarding than hearing from real people who are getting real results with the carnivore diet.   1. Thank you ladies for sharing your experiences. Many things resonated from where I’ve been to now. Maintaining like Michelle now near TDEe since lost weight after hip fx in July. Built up and next month will do a cut in calories. 🙏will have similar success

  2. Kathy…that is me! I don’t go out unless I have to. I am just starting this! I’m 64 and 212 lbs. Like Rachel, I love cupcakes and donuts. Lol. I have heart failure and arthritis in my knee. They want to do a knee replacement but I keep telling them to hold off on that! I love watching your videos Kelly and I know I can do this! That was such an inspiring group! ❤❤
