Susan lost 150 lbs after she cranked these three dials

Susan cried out to God and asked for her life to end.

Susan Boykin experienced unimaginable trauma and heart-break as she watched her husband slowly and brutally pass away.  In the years following his death, Susan lost all hope and turned to food to both comfort her and to hopefully take her own life.

She knew she was “eating herself to death” and recalls how she literally cried out to God daily to allow her life to end because she could no longer stand the physical pain, mental torture, lack of hope, and deep-seeded food-addiction she was experiencing.  She was obese at size 28, could barely walk due to a diagnosed bone-on-bone knee condition, suffered from depression, and simply didn’t want to live any longer.

But then God spoke to her and provided a way out.  🙌🏼

In my interview with her, Susan shares the powerful words that she heard that day and told me exactly how she has found joy in her life again.  At age 62, Susan is now a SIZE TWO, but says that the weight loss is actually the LEAST interesting part of her story.  And after talking with Susan, I completely agree!

In this interview, you’ll find out the three “dials” that Susan cranked up in order to lose 150 pounds.  I hope you’ll be as inspired as I am by Susan’s story, and if you’re looking for help on your own journey to health, let’s work together.

  1. Wow
Susan really is inspiring as you are too Kelly. But being 63 yrs. old it helps to hear from someone my age. And she looks so good, not just in weight but her natural glow. I’m working on my WHY to put on my wall – I let my need to take care of my loved ones get in my way. I know they will support me, I already lost 50 lbs doing carnivore then turned around and emotionally eat it all back on. I know they want me to get back on track but I struggle with the emotional eating.
I’m going to work on my WHY and try writing instead of eating when I let me emotions get the best of me.
Thank you for the great interview, Brenda
