Jacie Gregory talks about how to manage eating a carnivore diet and reducing inflammation.

Jacie Gregory suffered through inflammation and OCD and other issues that left her wondering how to improve her quality of life. She came across an interview talking about Keto and Carnivore dieting and learned how it helped reduce inflammation–and something clicked.

Now, Jacie knows so much about Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), because she has lived through it herself and helps others through the treatment process. If you’ve been wondering what CIRS is all about, how it sneaks up on so many people, and what we can do about it, you’re going to love this interview. Jacie breaks it down in a way that’s easy to understand and super relevant to our carnivore community. Trust me, you don’t want to miss this one—she’s a wealth of knowledge!

  1. Love this information, but my question is must you have the symptoms all at the same time. I’ve had many of these but not at the same time. Our bathroom had mold for a long time, my husband developed Parkinson because of it, I think.

  2. I am intrigued by this interview about CIRS. I was exposed to mold in the building I worked in for several years over 17 years ago. They finally did something about it and fix it with millions of dollar rehab. But in the mean time I had horrible itchy crusty rashes pop up even in the dead of winter and joint pain and allergic type sinus problems with watery eyes all year round.
I too have symptoms from the list all of them, over 8 of them at this time.
I’d love to know more how to get local help with detoxing. I’m improving some since full carnivore starting May 1, 2024.
