Eating on a carnivore diet has never been tastier.
Hey, friends! If you’ve ever wondered what I actually eat after 15 years on the carnivore diet, this post (and video!) is for you. I don’t do plants—no fruits, no veggies, no fiber, no grains, none of it. And guess what? I feel better than ever. No IBS, no inflammation, no skin breakouts, no painful cramps. Just energy, clarity, and a happy belly.
But what do I eat every single day? That’s exactly what I’m sharing in my latest video: the 10 easiest and most nutritious foods that have kept me thriving on carnivore. You don’t have to eat these exact foods, but if you want a simple, delicious, and satisfying way to do carnivore, this list is a great place to start.
Here’s a sneak peek at my top 10 carnivore foods:
- ✅ Burger Patties – Affordable, delicious, and easy to grab on the go
- ✅ Steak – New York strip, ribeye, or chuck eye—simple and satisfying
- ✅ Chuck Roast – Crockpot magic that’s fall-apart tender
- ✅ Eggs – Scrambled, fried, boiled—so many options!
- ✅ Bacon – Because…bacon!
- ✅ Salmon – Wild-caught and broiled to perfection
- ✅ Chicken Wings – Crispy, fatty, and oh-so-good
- ✅ Carnivore Ice Cream – Yes, really! Made with heavy cream and egg yolks
- ✅ Sardines – High-fat, nutrient-packed, and surprisingly tasty
- ✅ Pork Belly – Crispy, fatty goodness cooked in the air fryer
If you’re struggling with satiety, weight loss, or just need a simple meal plan, this video is for you! Watch now and let me know—what’s YOUR go-to carnivore meal?

This was a very helpful video, Kelly! I have my shopping list ready!
I have one question, do you occasionally go out with friends for dinner? If so, can you give some help info? I have difficulty ordering out. Everyone orders their salads, and full meal (w sides) and I’m inconspicuously pushing mine around w a fork, all while paying full price for the entire meal!
I know… it’s the company and socialization that’s important, but nevertheless difficult at times! Thx!
Hi Jeanie,
This is Kel’s husband, James. We do go out for social dinners, and most of the time, Kel is able to order something from the menu. It takes some specific directions sometimes (people really want to give you the carbs!) but we’re able to manage. It’s different, but you get used to it!
James
Thank you Kelly! I love your videos. I have seen several other videos of the people, doctors, and other experts you have interviewed, and I am always AMAZED at how complete the information you share is for my needs.
I love the TDEE (I really enjoy tracking), and now that I’m at maintenance, since April 2024, I am reverse dieting!
When my body naturally starts to gain two pounds, even though I didn’t change my calories or foods, I just go back to my minimum TDEE calories, and the extra pounds drop right off!
So easy!!! I have NEVER maintained my goal weight this long in my life. (Yes, I consider two pounds, up or down, maintenance since I continue to carnivore on—that’s the goal!)
Thank you for your last three videos—these have been inspiring, informative, and helpful!
I’m so grateful for your bravery to put yourself out there and to share all you’ve experienced.
You are a gift!
(I hope to be back in your coaching group again later this year.)
Thank you,
Lisa
Thank you Kelly for your heart felt words of encouragement to the Carnivore community! I have watched so many of your videos and it is helping me tremendously! I started my Carnivore journey almost 2 months ago. I have also joined your coaching with my last Monday with you coming up! Thank you so much for all the great information given. Since i started the carnivore diet i have noticed less fibromyalgia pain. The arthritis pain in my spine and hope have subsided. My brain fog is leaving. It’s so amazing to be in so much pain for many years and then to stop eating processed foods and carbs and to feel this great! God bless you and thank you!!!
Thanks for another great video Kelly! I use the Seasons brand sardines in oil from Costco. They are similar to tuna. I did my first three day sardine challenge and did great! I was very satiated and energetic! I lost 2lbs so I was happy!
