I’ve been eating this way—zero carb—for over a decade. And I’ve seen what it’s done for my health, my energy, my brain, and my life. In this video, I wanted to pause and make something clear: I’m still zero carb. I haven’t changed my mind. I’m not adding sugar or carbs back in. And I don’t plan to.
Not because I’m stubborn. Because I remember what life felt like before this.
This way of eating might not always be popular. It’s definitely not trendy. But it works. It keeps me steady. Clear. Healthy. Free from the food addiction that ruled me for years. And I’m not willing to trade that in for short-term satisfaction or cultural approval.
