  1. Hi. If I join your group will I learn how much to eat and get support ? I am 61 years old and 268 pounds currently and want to get down to 160. I don’t really understand how to figure out protein portions to help lose the weight. I have a ton of inflammation, I tried and I ache all the time. Help!!!
