As 2023 comes to a close, here are the biggest changes I made this year, plus the revolutionary ideas I will carry with me into 2024.

This video discusses the results of changing up my coffee consumption, how I lost an additional 20 pounds in 2023, the big lesson that Dr. Bikman taught me, why I do metabolic reset days every week, and several other key changes that made 2023 an incredible year for me (and for many of my group members)!

Some of these tips (especially tips #6 and 7) would be helpful to hear right before attending holiday events. I hope it’s helpful as you celebrate Christmas in a few days and as we begin a new year.

If you need more help, I’d love to dig in and work with you in my coaching groups. There are two ways to sign up:

Single-month coaching allows you to pay for one month at a time. There’s no obligation to renew, and after the month is over, you’re no longer enrolled. Single-month can be perfect for those members who just want to give coaching a try.

Renewing coaching memberships allow you to remain enrolled in your class. Lots of members discover they’re successful with coaching, and they want to continue–but because classes often sell out, they miss out on the opportunity to stay enrolled. That’s why I created renewing memberships. Sign up once, and you’re all set!

  2. Hi! Great info here. I’m in the process of re-committing to carnivore. I wasn’t far from 100%, but finally (FINALLY) decided I had to make some obvious changes. After losing 30+ pounds on carnivore, I’ve been stuck at 180 for about 5 months now. I’m very strict, but do still indulge in alcohol most nights of the week. I know. I’m the Queen of Rationalization. The daytime me says, “What’s wrong with a couple drinks? No mixes, just wine or whiskey on the rocks.” Then there’s the 1:30 AM me who says, “I must be a special kind of stupid. I know it’s the alcohol that wakes me up every night at 1:30 am — which wouldn’t be so bad, except that I’m then awake for the NEXT 3 HOURS! I know it’s the alcohol that gives me a raging headache each night. I know it’s the alcohol that’s keeping me from losing more weight. I’m acting like a 6-year old throwing a temper tantrum. But I WANT it. Why can’t I HAVE it?” Oh, I beat myself up good at 1:30 AM. Then I wake up the next morning and the daytime me again reappears and says, “I’m fine. No headache. I don’t feel bad. There’s nothing wrong with having a couple drinks.” Stupid.

See? Ugh. So, it’s only been 2 days now that I haven’t had anything to drink. I’m hosting a New Year’s Eve party tomorrow for 15 people, and it’s potluck. I’m making plenty of foods that I can eat and stay true to carnivore, so that’s good. The issue was alcohol. Surely, I can have a few drinks that night, right? WRONG. If I’m going to do this, I have to do it.

If you’re not all-in, you’re not in at all. I can do this.

PS: During the video you mentioned that links were provided below. I don’t see any.
