How much meat should I eat if I want to lose weight?
It’s a question that I’ve heard asked thousands of times through the years and have sometimes avoided, simply because there’s no one quick answer. It’s much easier to work with people individually to figure out how much meat they need to eat, and I had never figured out how to put that into a YouTube video.
BUT…I was on a camping trip this week and found myself with plenty of time to think and plan, especially since the trout weren’t biting and the wifi was down. 😝
The thinking paid off, though! In this video, I’ll share three ways to answer the question of how much meat someone should eat if they want to lose weight. Two methods involve a little math, but one is completely free from all numbers, apps, and equations. I’ll also share some of my favorite free resources that can help you improve your Carnivore results.

Hi Coach Kelly!
I’ve so missed being in group with you all, and looking forward to coming back. Yay! Thank you for all you do. Following your videos, receiving your emails, and staying encouraged, but there’s nothing like being together with others on the same/similar journey. God bless you, friend! See you soon.
