These might be random, but they’re 10 helpful tips

I had several quick things that I wanted to share on YouTube, so I put them all together in a video as ten fairly random (but hopefully useful!) tips that I truly wish I had known when I first started Carnivore.

  2. You talked about the various fasts…sardine, fat, etc What are your thoughts on egg fasts? Usually it’s a dozen eggs in the day and you cam add some butter. Thoughts?
