Recently my family and I were thrilled to have my dear friend Karen and her husband Jeff stay with us for a long weekend here in North Carolina. We hiked, we played pickleball, we whitewater rafted, and yes, we ate lots of delicious meat and took lots of walks together! Friendship is such a valuable component of our wellness journeys, and I feel so lucky to know and love my friend, Karen
