GLP-1 shots—helpful tool or metabolic disaster?

For years, I was 100% against GLP-1 shots. The people I knew on these injections were dropping weight fast but looked awful—losing muscle, hair, and energy. No thanks! I lost half my body weight and healed my metabolism with meat, movement, and good sleep, not shots.

But then, I heard Dr. Boz (Dr. Annette Bosworth) say she changed her mind about GLP-1 agonists. That got my attention. You don’t hear many people change their minds these days!   • My Husband’s Experience – After years of struggling to cut carbs, he started 1.25 mg Tirzepatide (way below the standard dose) and suddenly? He didn’t want the fries anymore. No nausea, no muscle loss, just steady progress.

👉 Should everyone try GLP-1 peptides? No. The best approach is still cutting junk, eating meat, lifting weights, and getting good sleep. But if you’ve done EVERYTHING right and still struggle, microdosing might be worth exploring.
