How the “Biggest Loser” Finally Won

A behind-the-scenes look at Adrian Gledhill’s experience on the show The Biggest Loser–and what it took for her to finally take control of her health.

I remember being more than 100 pounds overweight when The Biggest Loser first came on NBC back in 2004.  I watched the show from my living room, wishing desperately that I could have a trainer who would MAKE me train harder and eat better.  Even though Jillian Michaels yelled at the participants, I sincerely WANTED to be a part of it, because I so desperately wanted to lose the weight, but couldn’t figure out how to do it on my own.

Today’s guest, Adrian Gledhill had that same dream, but unlike myself, she was actually selected to go to the Biggest Loser Ranch. (It probably helped her chances that she applied, by the way. 😂 )

In this interview, Adrian shares a behind-the-scenes look at the show as well as her many failed attempts at weight loss through the years. But most importantly, Adrian also gives the details of what DID finally work for her and why she tries so hard to inspire women to try the Carnivore Diet.  Her story is powerful, and I hope it reaches many people who are still struggling so desperately.
