You asked, and I’m here to answer.
On one of our recent Saturday emails I put out a poll where you could submit questions–James and I haven’t done an FAQ video in years! He always enjoyed doing these, and it was fun to sit down and record this one. Thank you to everyone who submitted a question.
We couldn’t cover all of the questions, but we did cover these topics:
- How to adjust your carnivore diet to regain energy
- Lymphatic massage tips
- Getting through weight-loss stalls
- Adjusting your diet based on TDEE scores
- How coffee can affect bloodwork results
- Addressing challenging meat aversions
- How I made my own transition to carnivore
- What happened after I increased my daily step count
I always enjoy the opportunity to talk through clients’ questions in my coaching groups. There are two ways to sign up:
Single-month coaching allows you to pay for one month at a time. There’s no obligation to renew, and after the month is over, you’re no longer enrolled. Single-month can be perfect for those members who just want to give coaching a try. The $50 charge covers everything you need for the month.
Renewing coaching memberships allow you to remain enrolled in your class from month to month without having to sign up again. Lots of members discover they’re successful with coaching, and they want to continue–but because classes often sell out, they miss out on the opportunity to stay enrolled. That’s why I created renewing memberships. Sign up once, and you’re all set until you decide to cancel.
Great information. Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
