Only one of these steps has to do with dieting.

I sat down yesterday and attempted to make the exact video that I wish I had seen many years ago when I was struggling with addiction and obesity. I thought through everything that helped me to change my life as well as the things that I have seen work the best for clients and for people who are now the greatest success stories.  This video shares the four primary steps that it took for me to lose 130 pounds and keep it off forever. (Okay, so it’s a bit too soon to say for sure about the “FOREVER” part…but I’m on a roll so far.)

These four steps can help you focus on your mental wellness, define your diet structure, balance your hormones, and develop a support system.

That last part–finding a tribe or support system–is critical in your health journey and Carnivore life. This is exactly the environment we create in my coaching groups. There are two ways to sign up:

  2. Thank you Kelly for this video. I am one of those who has always felt some things are hokey and I need to work on my own trust of myself. I don’t believe things tell myself about being worthy and all of that. I’m going to start being stern with myself like I would with someone who says I can’t do something. I’m going to start visualizing myself in a different body.

    Would i need to give that up ?
    I tried carnivore for some weeks but gained weight prob due to much fat everywhere
