Refund Policy for Coaching Groups:

  • Non-Refundable Once Onboarding Begins:
    Due to the nature of our coaching model, coaching group purchases are non-refundable once a group member has signed their Coaching Liability Waiver and received their official carnivore coaching onboarding materials (welcome email, access details, or group materials).
  • Requesting a Refund (Prior to Onboarding):
    If you have not yet signed the waiver or received onboarding materials, you may request a refund by emailing orders@myzerocarblife.com. Please include your full name, the email you used to sign up, and your reason for the request.
  • Auto-Renewals for Continuing Members:
    If you are a renewing coaching member, please note that your membership automatically renews each month on the same date as your initial purchase. (For example, a May 15 purchase for June coaching will renew on June 15 for July coaching, July 15 for August coaching, and so on.) To avoid unwanted charges, please ensure you cancel your membership prior to your renewal date. Log in here to manage your renewing membership.
