Hi, I’m Kelly Hogan, and my own health and life dramatically changed for the better when I replaced carbs and processed foods with an all-meat diet back in 2009. My passion is working with people who would also love to optimize their health with a meat-based or Carnivore Diet.

Your membership will begin the first Wednesday of the upcoming month following your purchase. (For example, purchasing a renewing membership on March 17 means you’ll start the first Wednesday in April.)
I meet with group members each month to discuss a wide variety of meaty topics including: tips for getting started, how to break sugar/carb addiction, ways to optimize health, levers for weight-loss (including fat-fasts and macros), understanding hunger cues, and dealing with holidays and social events as a Carnivore. Every month of coaching covers different topics, but the groups are always here to offer support and accountability through a warm and accepting community of humans that pull for one another.
It is not a requirement that someone be a total Carnivore to join the group. We will certainly focus on a meat-based diet, but you are absolutely welcome here regardless of your current diet.
Meeting times and information. I will host a one-hour Zoom chat with the group from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM (EST) every Wednesday for a total of four classes each month. For months that have more than four Wednesdays, I will contact you to let you know which Wednesday we won’t have class.
Each session will be recorded and shared with all members of the group in case you weren’t able to attend or would like to watch again for review. (I will never share the recordings with anyone outside of the group.)
Building community. There will also be a private Facebook group for group members, so that we can keep in touch with one another during the week. Members will be invited (though not required) to post updates and meals throughout the week. This Facebook group will never be deleted, even after the month is over. Members will be encouraged to stay in touch even after the month is over, and I will continue to check in and reply to posts there. However, it is not required to have a Facebook account in order to join this group and to participate in the Zoom meetings.
Technology requirement. Participants should have a device that will allow them to click a Zoom link and participate with video chats. Most any smartphone, laptop, or tablet will be just fine. The technology aspect is quite easy as long as you include the email address that you would like me to use to contact you about getting started. Thank you!
