What to Expect from Coaching
Four Weekly Zoom Calls
- Session 1: Get to know each other + boost your carnivore motivation
- Sessions 2 & 3: Breakout rooms for small-group chats and focused support
- Session 4: Wrap-up & plan your next steps

Habit Tracker:
Download it here. Choose one habit to focus on for the month (examples: eat only animal products, get 5 minutes of sunlight, sleep by 10PM, etc.). It’s a fun and simple way to stay accountable and build lasting habits
Coaching Handbook:
The handbook has two pages of chapters and topics. Just two pages! Please don’t feel overwhelmed. Just find a topic on that two pages that interests you, click on it, read that section, and then hit “back to table of contents.”
TDEE Calculator:
Once coaching begins, you’ll get access to our coaching handbook and my password protected TDEE calculator to help you figure out what calorie and macro range might work best for your goals.

Final Thoughts
And… that’s it! Four meetings, a private Facebook group, a bunch of great resources, and a whole community of people who truly GET IT. I also have four assistant coaches who are AMAZING at jumping in to help on the Facebook page and help run the breakout sessions.
