Your Coaching Timeline

Here’s a quick overview so you know exactly where you are and what’s coming next:

  • Right now: You’re officially registered. Nice!
  • Before your coaching month begins:
    – Waiver completed (link here if you somehow missed it)
    – Watch the welcome video above
  • A few days before the month starts:
    – I’ll email you an introduction to your private Facebook group, Zoom links, schedule, and a short intro
  • Right before your first class:
    – I’ll email you a reminder with Zoom links, schedule, and a short intro
  • During the month:
    – Weekly Zoom meetings, recordings, emails, support, and community

If things feel quiet between now and the start of the month, that’s normal. We’re busy organizing groups behind the scenes.

What to Expect from Coaching

Four Weekly Zoom Calls

Each month includes four live Zoom sessions:

  • Session 1:
    Get to know each other, share stories, and get fired up for carnivore
  • Sessions 2 & 3:
    Teaching + breakout rooms for smaller group support, troubleshooting, and connection
  • Session 4:
    Wrap-up, wins, questions, and a plan for what comes next

🥩 Can’t make it live? No problem. Recordings are emailed and posted after every session.

Zoom Logistics (Easy + Low Stress)

  • You’ll use the same Zoom link all month
  • Reminder emails go out 1 hour before each session
  • Camera is optional—come comfy, come as you are

Your Private Facebook Group

A few days before your coaching month begins, you’ll receive an invite to your cohort’s private Facebook group.

  • Totally private and password-protected
  • You can use your real name or an anonymous profile
  • No politics. No drama. Just encouragement and support

Inside the Featured section, you’ll find:

  • Zoom link
  • Class recordings
  • 40+ “What I Eat in a Day” examples
  • Kelly’s nightly check-ins
  • A space for prayer requests (optional)

🥩 Pro tip: Members who check in during the week—whether live or via recordings—tend to get the most out of coaching.

Habit Tracker

Choose one habit to focus on for the month—something simple and doable.Examples:

  • Eat only animal products
  • Get 5 minutes of sunlight
  • Be in bed by 10 PM

You’ll receive a PDF and a short video explaining how to use it once coaching begins.

Coaching Handbook

The handbook looks big, but think of it as two pages—a table of contents.

  • Find a topic that interests you
  • Click it
  • Read that section
  • Click “Back to Table of Contents”

You never need to read the whole thing.

TDEE Calculator (Please Wait on This One)

Once coaching begins, you’ll receive access to my password-protected TDEE calculator. Lots of folks ask for early access—but please wait. We’ll talk through how to use it together so it’s actually helpful and not stressful.

If You’re Eager to Begin…

You don’t have to change everything right now. If you want to start gently:

  • Still eating carbs? Start by making your first meal of the day fully carnivore (just fat + protein) to help stabilize cravings and blood sugar.
  • Already carnivore? Start tracking what you eat so we can troubleshoot or fine-tune together.

Overwhelmed? Just jot down meals in a notebook. That works too! You can use:
