Whether you’re low-carb, keto, zero-carb, or still eating donuts, carnivore group coaching is for you.
Here are some of the meaty topics we cover:
- tips for getting started
- how to break sugar/carb addiction
- ways to optimize health
- levers for weight-loss (including macros and caloric adjustments)
- incorporating movement and exercise
- understanding hunger cues
- dealing with holidays and social events
Every month of coaching covers different topics, but the groups are always here to offer support and accountability through a warm and accepting community of humans that pull for one another.
UPDATE: December 2024 coaching is sold out. January 2025 coaching single month and renewing sessions are now available!
How does it work?
Classes meet four times each month and last one hour each session.
After you purchase your coaching session, you should receive an email welcoming you and outlining next steps. (Didn’t receive an email? Let us know.)
I’ll send a reminder and Zoom link by email about an hour before each class. During each session, I’ll cover a variety of topics, share information, and invite you to participate in conversation and dialogue. If you miss a session, no problem! All sessions are recorded, so you can review them later.
I share my email address with all group members, and as a current group member, you’ll be able to contact me with any questions you might have.
Single-month coaching versus renewing coaching
What’s the difference between single-month and renewing coaching? Every member has different needs, and I’ve designed two ways of subscribing to coaching: single-month and renewing coaching.
Single-month coaching allows you to pay for one month at a time. There’s no obligation to renew, and after the month is over, you’re no longer enrolled. Single-month can be perfect for those members who just want to give coaching a try.
Renewing coaching memberships allow you to remain enrolled in your class. Lots of members discover they’re successful with coaching, and they want to continue–but because classes often sell out, they miss out on the opportunity to stay enrolled. That’s why I created renewing memberships. Sign up once, and you’re all set!
Building a supportive community
My coaching groups always feature a blend of clients, from those just starting out to those who’ve been zero-carb for a long time. Over the course of the month, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, sharing successes, getting through roadblocks, and celebrating big wins.
Every group will have access to a private Facebook group, where we can keep the conversation going between sessions. Facebook groups continue after our coaching time ends, so you’ll always have access to your carnivore tribe.
Testimonials and client success stories
Hear from my coaching clients in their own words–and check out these interviews with group members!
“Kelly is constantly digging deeper to learn more to provide help to her group members. There is a reason people continue to return each month: because it works.”
–Bruno
“As an introvert by nature, group settings are not comfortable for me. However, Kelly’s coaching style creates an atmosphere of comfort and support without judgment, making it easy to be honest with the group members as well as with one’s self. The sense of being with friends is something that I look forward to every week.”
–Shannon
“We all lose weight or heal in different ways. Kelly is on the constant quest to find ways for everyone to succeed even if it means changing her normal routine.”
–Lisa
“Every time we meet I learn something new. Kelly’s years of teaching come through in her coaching–it’s organized in a way where we can get a lot of great info, and it’s delivered in an interesting way–not just a lot info being thrown at us. “
–Dianne
“I will keep coming back even though it means staying up till midnight for the call as I’m over in Australia. I’m sure they all think I’m half asleep each call as I struggle to hide my yawns, but it’s worth it every time.”
–Kellie
“Kelly champions me in my wins and lifts me up in my lows. The only downside is we only meet once per week. I wish it were once a day.”
–Emily
